Satorix Hosting Cluster
Your Satorix Hosting Cluster is regularly backed up using multiple methods.
Full cluster backups
We perform off server backups of your complete Satorix Hosting Cluster on a nightly basis. This is a full monthly backup and nightly differential backups. We keep a rolling 2 months of full backups for long term restoration needs.
Application backup
We perform an hourly off server backup of the applications found on your Satorix Hosting Cluster. These hourly backups are kept for a rolling two day window. If an older version of the application is needed then a full cluster restore and extraction will be required, in order to complete this a request to support can be made.
Satorix Gitlab backup
We perform a nightly off server backup of your complete Gitlab instance. This is a full monthly backup and nightly differential backups. We keep a rolling 2 months of full backups for long term restoration needs. Restoration of individual repository data will be handled on an as requested basis using the support request system.
